A short distance from Ragusa is Noto, the “Porta Orientale del Barocco” and other city-symbol of Sicilian architecture.

Mondana is very popular, representing the other soul – in contrast with the elegant and “reserved” spirit of Ragusa – of this corner of Sicily.
